Self-massage – Legs

Sit on the floor with your legs outstretched. Curve your right leg at the knee.

  • Effleurage the front, then back, of your lower leg several times.

  • Lower your leg then effleurage the top leg.

  • Finish with effleurage. Do it again on the other leg.

Self-massage – Waistline and buttocks

Lie on one side with your knees bent.

  • Stroke round from your hipbone to your coccyx (sitting bone) then down and around the buttock before finishing at the waistline.
  • Squeeze and release on the buttock to increase circulation and overall tone muscular.
  • Gently get in touch with all over buttocks.
  • Finish by stroking the whole place.

Self-massage – Back
