Decent replacement – is a sauce, which is as tasty as mayonnaise but is more healthy.
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice or cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of mustard
7 tablespoons of sour cream
salt and pepper – as much as you want.
1. Mix until smooth: oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
2. Add sour cream and mix.
This sauce fits all salads that require mayonnaise.
