Ingredients:

After exercise this salad will provide you the proper form in all parts of the body (thanks to shock protein doses) and well-being / mood (thanks to the right vegetables and herbs).

Turkey – 100 gr. Fried

Potatoes – 1 (medium). Boiled

Avocado – half

Beetroot – 1 (medium). Boiled

Salad – 2 leaves

Chives

Capers – 1 tbl. spoon

Method:

Slice the turkey and vegetables into cubes. All components put into a bowl, pour the vinegar and olive oil.
